    Our porter will carry your luggage from the front entrance to your room.

    The porter can come and pick up the luggage to your room upon your request.

    We can also collect the large items.

  • Security devices to give you safety

    There are moving sensor, magnetic sensor in each residence to guard you by machines.

    If you push an emergency call button installed in each residence,the security guard will rush to your room from the security center.

    The security guard will call you from the entrance door, and he might cut the chain to enter in case of a possible emergency situation when there is no answer at the door. (Recovery fee are charged.)

    ※Please turn it ON or OFF the security device by yourself.

    From the day you move in, you can use it by simply connecting the LAN to the connector.

  • Please tell janitor to do light works such as changing the light bulbs,etc.

    The janitor will attend you as much as possible to do light works such as changing bulbs.

    If the janitor cannot handle, we will introduce you the professional service.
